Eligibility Criteria for Julius Berger Workshop
You are the ideal candidate if you have:
- B.Sc / HND / B.Eng in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Automobile Engineering, or related technical fields
- Minimum 2–3 years post-NYSC experience in vehicle/equipment maintenance, fleet management, or workshop operations
- A strong recommendation letter from your current supervisor or manager confirming:
– Excellent conduct and discipline
– Technical competence
– Readiness for leadership development - Proven knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems
- Ability to read technical drawings, schematics, and service manuals
- Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills
